Ingredients:
1 avocado
2 bananas
2 eggs2 tbsp honey (note for babies under 1 year old, leave the honey out)
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups wholemeal flour
2 tsp baking powder
150g fresh blueberries

Method:
Preheat oven to 175c.

Blitz all the wet ingredients until smooth (bananas, avocado, eggs, vanilla and honey, if using).

In a separate bowl, combine the flour and baking powder and mix, then fold in the wet mixture until well combined.

Add the blueberries to the batter and mix again.

Spoon into muffin or cupcake cases and bake for about 20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

You can add anything you want to this mix – walnuts would be great, as would chocolate chips.
