Actually Crispy Sweet Potato Wedges

2 sweet potatoes
2 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried chilli flakes
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil

Preheat oven to 180c.

Peel the skin off of your potatoes and cut them into wedges.

Combine the cornflour and spices in a bowl.

Coat the potatoes liberally in all of the spice and flour and mixture and place in a roasting tin.

Drizzle the olive oil on top and then give a good toss to make sure every potato is covered.

Roast in the oven for about 25 minutes or until the potatoes are golden and crisp.

Serve with plenty of sauces and condiments for dunking on the side.
